Our Statement of Faith
1. The Bible:
We believe that the Bible is the revelation of God to man, inspired and Holy Spirit breathed written Word of God (2 Ti 3. 16).
2. God:
We believe the One Living God who is Spirit manifests in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, is eternal, omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and full of goodness and mercy (De 6. 4, Jer 10. 10, Jn 4. 24, Ps 139. 7-9, Is 40. 28, Gen 17. 1).
3. The Saviour:
We believe the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, His sinless life, His message, His miracles, His atoning death on the cross, His burial, His resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father and His continuing intercession for us (Is 7. 14, the Four Gospels).
4. The Blood of Jesus:
We believe that only the Blood of Jesus is able to redeem man from sin, cleanse his conscience from guilt and make him perfect before God (1 Jn 1. 7, He 10. 14, Col 1. 20).
5. Regeneration:
We believe that one should repent of his sins and accept Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and be born again by the Word of God and the Holy Spirit to enter the Kingdom of God (Jn 3. 8, Ro 10. 9).
6. Water Baptism:
We believe that after believing in the Son of God one should take immersion baptism in the water in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit on his way to the consummation of his personal salvation (Mt 28. 18-20, Mk 16. 16).
